Steps to Renting Party Parking Stalls
1.) Approve
Terms Review
and Approve Oahu Solutions LLC Waikalani Drive Parking Liability Release Contract Terms and Conditions 2.) Request Submit Request for Specific Date(s) 3.) PaymentUpon Acceptance of Request, you will be e-mailed an invoice. Upon Payment of Invoice, parking will
be reserved for that specified date(s).
Oahu Solutions LLCWaikalani Drive ParkingLiability Release ContractTerms and Conditions 1.) The acceptance of Liability Release Contract licenses the
vehicle owner and/or driver to park one automobile in the designated (assigned) party parking stalls, under the following
terms and conditions.2.)
No liability is created by the granting of parking of vehicles on this property.3.) Only a license is granted hereby and no bailment is granted.4.) Party Parking is available on a daily basis, payable
in advance, with no refunds.5.)
The parking management and property owner assume no responsibility for the care and protection of vehicles or contents while
operating or parked on the property. 6.) The parking management and property owner hereby declares
itself not responsible for fire, theft, collision, accidents, damage of any kind, or loss of vehicle, with all such risk being
assumed by the licensee.7.)
The parking management and property owner assume no responsibility or liability of property left in vehicle. Property is left
in the vehicle solely at the risk of the owner and/or driver.8.) LOCK YOUR VEHICLE. SECURE YOUR VALUABLES.9.) Vehicles must remain in good physical and proper operating
condition. No wrecked or totaled vehicles are permitted to park on this property.10.) No other commercial activity is permitted on this property.11.) No performance of repair or maintenance work (i.e.: oil
changing, washing, polishing) is permitted on this property.12.) No tenancy is created by this agreement, and no occupancy
is permitted on this property.13.)
The management and property owner reserve the right to refuse any and all request(s) for parking, from anyone at any time.14.) There is no grace period for parking without prepayment.
Vehicles parking in unpaid stalls are subject to tow without notice, at the expense of the owner and/or driver.15.) As a condition of this agreement, Licensee hereby assumes full responsibility
to allow parking only to guests who have read, understand and agree to use the designated parking stall(s) under the
terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Use of party parking stalls by licensee and/or their guests constitutes
acknowledgement, approval, and acceptance of said terms and conditions. 16.) Acceptance of this Liability Release Contract constitutes acknowledgment by Licensee that
Licensee has read and does agree to the forgoing conditions.
